Topcuts operates walk-in hair salon locations. No appointments, online booking, or online payment are available through this Website. Service pricing listed on this Website is provided for general informational purposes, reflects standard rates at the time of posting, and is subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not constitute a binding quote or offer and may vary by location, hair length, service add-ons, or stylist. Final pricing is confirmed in-salon at the time of service. Promotional discounts and coupons are not cumulative unless otherwise stated.

Topcuts Rewards, our customer loyalty program, is operated on our behalf by a third-party loyalty platform provider (LoyaltySOS). Enrollment in Topcuts Rewards is completed on a page hosted by LoyaltySOS, and use of Topcuts Rewards may be subject to that provider’s own terms of use, in addition to these Terms.
